We’re packing up to head out to Raymond this morning…it’s about 50 miles down the Trace from our current location, so we are getting an early start to avoid even more sunburn…we are lobsters.
Hope we have lots of posts when we’re done today. Be sure to check out the photo journal before Donna makes me take any photos of her off.
Lisa
Okay, 1st off, you guys are crazy. Now, that is only because you know my lungs could not handle such a task.
Auntie Donna and Lisa, keep after it! That is so cool you guys are the modern day Forrest Gumps of Memphis. Stay strong, keep you heads up and your mouth closed going fast down hills. We know y’all can do it.
Y’all are so awesome!
When the sun is beating down, just think of the golden brown that the lobster red is going to become . . .
Can’t wait to see you when you get back!
I need a vaca…notice I spelled my own name wrong!
Man, I am so proud of you guys! I always knew the two of you could kick some major ass, but this journey of yours is shear proof. Keep on rockin’, er…. I mean, ROLLIN’! We miss you at the gym!
Hey River City Rollers!
You two are a real inspiration, (Donna I worked out today). Everyone has been asking about you and are so proud.
Lisa call me…oh nevermind.
Things are running smooth at the gym so relax,(as much as you can riding hundreds of miles in the blazeing sun) dont forget the sunscreen.
Love and miss you both,
David
Okay, one more quick very important update on life you might be missing:
Clay Aiken is gay and proud of it!!!
duh???? as if.
Ty “no cardio”
We’ve made reservations for a Thanksgiving family ride on this same route. I can get a really good deal on a touring bike and bags and have reserved one for you…it will make up for ALL the cardio you’ve missed over the years…and it will definitely burn off the Turkey and pie at Thanksgiving.
You also get the child carrier…I assume you’ll be pulling Cole and Heidi will pull Brynn (until she has to start pulling you).
Thanks for thinking of us…all of the comments truly help.
Get excited.
Lis,
Your brother here. Bailey wasn’t feeling well so she went to sleep early tonight;however, we will e-mail you guys tomorrow night. Keep on truckin’ as we are proud of you all! Sigh-I feel so inferior as I only rode 20 today. Hope to do this ride someday. Be careful and enjoy.
