Hello everyone,
Okay, so the weather is not cooperating…we are patiently awaiting a slight break in the weather…rain is sweeping across Mississippi directly over our route.
It’s supposed to move out and through by tomorrow, so we are delaying one day and adding one day to the back end of the trip.
Send out Sunny Sky mantras for us and keep writing.
Incidentally, Donna refused to pedal in the rain…of course, I would have given it a shot (wink, wink).

Good luck to Reeses Peanut Butter Cup and Milk Dud. I will miss you both. I know you will enjoy the BEAUTIFUL time away from city life. Embrace it all and bring back as much as you can manage in those cool bike bags of yours. Be careful and come home safe, happy and ready to face life back on Roland.
Heyyy! Good luck tomorrow!
Be nice to each other!
love

Did ya’ll get my CIM quote?
I am so jealous of you guys! I have been pseudo planning a Natchez trace ride for a year now. I can’t wait to read your final trip diary. Good luck on your ride.
FYI Donna, the southeast in the fall equals rain
Donald
OK Donna, you gotta be a big girl now. Don’t let a little rain stop you. You gotta get out there and get this thing rollin. You gals are so brave and you make me proud. Have a good week and be safe. Sending positive thoughts and good energy your way, your butts will need it by the end of the week!
Jenn
I’m with you Donna! I don’t ride it in cloudy weather:) Ya’ll be careful and have fun!
Liz
Jenn, bring me an umbrella, right now…nevermind, the sun just came out. Thanks for the kind words…we need em.
Donna
PS….Our butts already need it.
Donald,
There’s plenty of room on the road for you…meet us in Natchez on Friday…ride back up with us.
